By accessing and using the Agent SEI-GENA platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

1. Nature of the Service

SEI-GENA is a decision-support tool that utilizes Generative Artificial Intelligence to analyze calls for proposals. While we strive for maximum accuracy, the summaries and analyses provided are for informational purposes only.

2. Limitation of Liability

The Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI) and the developers of SEI-GENA are not responsible for any decisions made based on the AI's output. Users are encouraged to verify the original official documentation of each call for proposals before proceeding with any application.

3. Intellectual Property

The interface, branding, and proprietary RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture are the intellectual property of SEI. Users may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass the security measures of the underlying VM and API.

4. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify or interrupt the service for maintenance or updates of the Phi-3 model and its database without prior notice.
